Welcome to the IRPO website
The Integrated Resource Planning Office was established in July 2007 to support the implementation of the University's Integrated Resource Planning Framework which helps support the University’s planning efforts. The IRP Framework provides a clear articulation of priorities, objectives and actions; ensuring consistency between the Key Strategic Planning Documents and Divisional/Faculty/Unit plans; identifying cross-institutional opportunities for collaboration; and aligning our academic plans with resource allocations. The role of IRP Office is to provide the tools, training and support required to help ensure the effective alignment of priorities and resources at York University.
We continue to facilitate the achievement of the University's goals by:
- Producing a demonstrable alignment of University resources with strategic and academic priorities; and
- Putting in place the administrative structures, processes, tools, operational plans and accountability measures necessary to accomplish this.
We encourage you to browse this website for more information on Integrated Resource Planning. If you need further support, please contact the IRP Office to discuss your planning and evaluation needs.
Warm regards,
Sarah Cantrell, Director of Integrated Resource Planning
